how to do what at the gym

It is all simple. You sign a contract with some gym, take the key to your box and a towel... and then go repeatedly to training.

The first time, I saw all the training equipment at gym, I decided to try everything out. Well, I had like it. 1, 2, 3 Month it was fine doing so... until one day some guy just stopped me and said: "Wait, it ain't right!!! Doing like this sooner or later you will injure your back"... And then he had shown me how to do the exercise correctly. Now I know how important it is to check it first how to do the exercise.

I still think I should check more things how to do exercises appropriately, so I did some search and since then I begin my training with cycling for 5 minutes to get warmed, then follow with a training for chest and arms approx. 20 min. and I finish with exercises for abdomen and back for 10 min. I don't have more time so I has to be enough.

To choose a correct weight is also an issue. Recently, I did to much, I guess and got a bruise on an arm. Now it is blue and I hope it disappears soon, but it reminds me not to straighten myself to much and try more then I am really capable of.
