Well, It is a bit over a week after my sickness is over.
And I have got me the feeling how much it hit me. I have noticed I have become weaker then I was before.
I decided not to strain myself to much and now after a couple of days I am getting back in shape.
Funny... It makes me to understand my body how it works a bit better, I guess.
Hopefully, I won't be sick anymore since I try to prevent it any way I can.

how to do what at the gym
It is all simple. You sign a contract with some gym, take the key to your box and a towel... and then go repeatedly to training.
The first time, I saw all the training equipment at gym, I decided to try everything out. Well, I had like it. 1, 2, 3 Month it was fine doing so... until one day some guy just stopped me and said: "Wait, it ain't right!!! Doing like this sooner or later you will injure your back"... And then he had shown me how to do the exercise correctly. Now I know how important it is to check it first how to do the exercise.
I still think I should check more things how to do exercises appropriately, so I did some search and since then I begin my training with cycling for 5 minutes to get warmed, then follow with a training for chest and arms approx. 20 min. and I finish with exercises for abdomen and back for 10 min. I don't have more time so I has to be enough.
To choose a correct weight is also an issue. Recently, I did to much, I guess and got a bruise on an arm. Now it is blue and I hope it disappears soon, but it reminds me not to straighten myself to much and try more then I am really capable of.

sickness
Wellness, sport, fitness all of it sounds great. My body looks better and usually I feel better.
I am just getting some kind of respiratory infection again and again, again since then...
and now this is happening again. I hate this pain. My doc proscribed me a new antibiotics and in a couple of days everything supposed to be fine.
This Site gave me some nice additional advises what more I could do (unfortunately only in German, so here is a link with a Google translation) http://www.ironsport.de/Atemwegsinfektionen.htm
I am going to try Echinacea and Pelargonium sidoides extract to keep myself immune and hope it will help somehow.

time for doing sth
I came back from my vacation last year and noticed my face start looking similar to a hamster. My eyes went open. I had to meet the right decision and do something about it, I tought to myself, but I hate diets and love good food!
Well, in the past the same situation have already happened once or maybe even twice to me ...or more, so it wasn't anything new to me.
Previously, I began playing wii games like Wii Fit, Dance Revolution or Just Dance. I could do it before or after work almost everyday... And very soon I was happy of the results.
In the meanwhile I got a new job, my child was born, we moved to a new flat and we sold wii. There was not much time for playing in the new circumstances (and we expected new wii U to appear soon anyway, so it was better to sell the old one).
Even without much spare time I became somehow very motivated to change this inconvenience and was looking around for solutions.
Finally, after a while I figured out... a gym. Miraculously there was one partner gym next to my home and another 5 minutes away from my work place.
I sacrificed my launch time and extended from half an hour to a full one (or even a bit more then that, but since my boss cares for my time schedule very good I have max. 1 hour for my training every day, now)
This works perfect to me, I reserved my calculated launch break and invested another 30 minutes in my well being almost at every working day for the last couple months.
It makes me happy and it frightens me!

what sport do I like?
I guess I want to write about sport... so what sport do I like?
I like swimming... In Vienna (where I live since 10 years) there are many great swimming pools available for everybody. I love spending time in water.
I like riding a bike... as a student I spent lots of time riding a bike... but recently I don't have bike anymore - no bike no ride!)
I like playing Wii fitness and dancing games... it is more entertainment, but prior to my wedding it helped me to be fit, so here I added.
I like watching football with my neighbors. LOL - I hate playing it myself - I were always the goalkeeper as a kid.
As a kid I have been also playing tennis, volleyball, basketball and skiing a lot, but it was so long long time ago.
I now like fitness and gym... Well, I did not like it so much! I like it now somehow. I have just recently figured it out that even though I have almost no spare time for doing sport, I can go and train at a gym. For me like a miracle.

happy new year!!!
happy new year to all !!!
I start my blog, but Why??? why not! ok, here more to explain...
Some time ago I got some wild idea. I decided to do some sport.
Sounds simple and not really something special... everybody does some kind of sport activity everyday like e.g. walking.
Anyway, it is not as simple as it sounds to do something more then just "walking"... unless not easy about doing it on a regular basis...
You probably all work, have your own wonderful families and friends with lots of pleasurable, time-consuming tasks and responsibilities..
My work means a busy time for me and a lot to do - I just can't move myself to much at my desk - I rather seat in the office for hours in front of a computer and solve different weird sophisticated IT issues.
I have tried before to convince myself that walking to the printer, bringing me a coffee or tee from the kitchen and going for launch or meetings are also some kind of activity during the workdays (and it is enough), but my look and my doctor let me know how the things really are and I started to doubt it. It doesn't mean of course I was doing nothing... after work and in the weekends there were moments I went swimming, having a walk in the park with my family and friends, were playing in the playground with my child or trained in a gym ... but it seems to be clear to me now that the regularity was missing a bit.
So I decided finally it has to change....
Since a short while I have got me a 1 year membership in a gym and it makes me feel already better about doing sport... Now, this crazy spontaneous idea with starting a blog, collecting here more information about how to train right and be active to keep a good health, perhaps share this idea with someone else or find someone of the same interest to keep on like this.
Let see how it works!)
