I start my blog, but Why??? why not! ok, here more to explain...
Some time ago I got some wild idea. I decided to do some sport.
Sounds simple and not really something special... everybody does some kind of sport activity everyday like e.g. walking.
Anyway, it is not as simple as it sounds to do something more then just "walking"... unless not easy about doing it on a regular basis...
You probably all work, have your own wonderful families and friends with lots of pleasurable, time-consuming tasks and responsibilities..
My work means a busy time for me and a lot to do - I just can't move myself to much at my desk - I rather seat in the office for hours in front of a computer and solve different weird sophisticated IT issues.
I have tried before to convince myself that walking to the printer, bringing me a coffee or tee from the kitchen and going for launch or meetings are also some kind of activity during the workdays (and it is enough), but my look and my doctor let me know how the things really are and I started to doubt it. It doesn't mean of course I was doing nothing... after work and in the weekends there were moments I went swimming, having a walk in the park with my family and friends, were playing in the playground with my child or trained in a gym ... but it seems to be clear to me now that the regularity was missing a bit.
So I decided finally it has to change....
Since a short while I have got me a 1 year membership in a gym and it makes me feel already better about doing sport... Now, this crazy spontaneous idea with starting a blog, collecting here more information about how to train right and be active to keep a good health, perhaps share this idea with someone else or find someone of the same interest to keep on like this.
Let see how it works!)
